How the ₹1.75 model works.

There is no daily payment and no need to manually calculate anything. SmartVisit keeps the room check-in count and prepares the monthly bill.

01 · CHECK-IN Guest checks into a room Reception completes the normal SmartVisit room check-in. That successful room check-in becomes one billable unit.
02 · SMARTVISIT COUNTS Your usage is recorded automatically Every billable room check-in is counted inside the system. No manual counter or spreadsheet is required.
03 · MONTH-END BILL One postpaid invoice At the end of the month, SmartVisit calculates check-ins × ₹1.75 and sends the hotel one consolidated invoice.

What exactly counts as a billable check-in?

Only a successful room check-in recorded in SmartVisit counts. The ₹1.75 charge is not applied to visitor-only entries, room service requests, billing, reports or other non-room-check-in activity.

Do I have to pay ₹1.75 immediately after every check-in?

No. This is a postpaid plan. SmartVisit records your room check-ins throughout the month and the hotel receives one consolidated bill after the billing period.

What if my hotel has a lot of check-ins?

The Annual plan may be more economical for higher-volume hotels because room check-ins are included in the yearly price of ₹13,999.

Can I choose the annual plan instead?

Yes. Choose Annual if you prefer one fixed yearly payment and do not want your software cost to vary with monthly room occupancy.
